I hereby declare and certify that all statements contained in this registration and any accompanying documents are true and correct and that any misrepresentation or false statement may be grounds for rejecting my registration or, if discovered after my registration has been accepted, subject me to immediate termination at Madrigal CC’s discretion without any reimbursement. I understand and agree that upon acceptance of my Mastermind registration, FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Confidentiality Agreement for Mastermind Group Participants

As a participant in this professional mastermind group, you agree to the following terms of confidentiality:

Confidential Information: Any information shared within the group, including but not limited to business strategies, personal experiences, financial details, intellectual property, and any other proprietary or sensitive information, shall be considered confidential.

Non-Disclosure: You agree not to disclose any confidential information shared by other group members outside of the group. This includes, but is not limited to, discussions, documents, recordings, and any other form of communication.

Respect for Privacy: You commit to respecting the privacy of fellow participants. Personal and professional information shared within the group shall not be used for personal gain or shared with third parties without explicit permission from the individual.

Use of Information: Any information or insights gained through participation in the group shall be used solely for the purpose of personal and professional development within the context of the mastermind group.

Breach of Confidentiality: Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the group and potential legal action, depending on the severity of the breach.

By participating in this mastermind group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this confidentiality agreement and terms.
