Meet Our Founder
Hi, I’m Kim Madrigal, executive leadership coach, organizational development consultant, and trusted partner in strategic leadership transformation.

I believe that leadership isn’t just about strategy and skill, t’s about joy, purpose, belonging, integrity, movement, and lifelong learning. These values guide everything I do, helping leaders and organizations move forward with clarity, confidence, and impact rooted in what matters most.
My career path has been anything but traditional, and that’s by design. I bring more than 30 years of experience as a nonprofit executive, educator, and consultant, grounded in a PhD in Educational Leadership & Cultural Foundations from the UNC, Greensboro, an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, and advanced executive training including the Harvard Business School Online Credential of Leadership, Impact, and Management (CLIMB) for Experienced Leaders. I am also a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program, a certified Interim CEO, Board Source certified consultant, and a proud Flinn-Brown Fellow, committed to civic and community leadership.
Through executive coaching, leadership transitions, and organizational strategy work, I partner with leaders and boards to set intentional goals, navigate complexity, and build resilient, values-driven organizations that thrive.
When I’m not coaching leaders or facilitating strategic conversations, you’ll likely find me embracing my passions of continuous movement and time in nature, as a certified cheese monger, traveling with my family, continuing my never-ending quest to learn something new, or hanging out with our Pomeranian, Molly, who firmly believes she runs the world!
