Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately following the posting of the revised terms of service on the www.madrigalcc.com website.

Kim Madrigal and Madrigal Coaching & Consulting, LLC provide coaching and consulting services only. By reading my website and all social media posts, you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist or health care professional and my services do not replace the care of psychologists or other healthcare professionals. Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. I will at all times exercise my best professional efforts, skills and care. However, I cannot guarantee the outcome of the recommendations on my website and posts and my comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only.
By accessing information at and through this site each user waives and releases Kim Madrigal and Madrigal Coaching & Consulting LLC to the full extent permitted by law from any and all claims relating to the usage of the material made available through this website. In no event shall Kim Madrigal or Madrigal Coaching & Consulting LLC be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from the use of the material.​

Billing Policy
Client payments are made in advance of services delivered through credit card or check. Payment processing services for Madrigal Coaching & Consulting, LLC are provided by PayPal and are subject to the PayPal User Agreement. By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a client for Madrigal Coaching & Consulting, LLC, you agree to be bound by the PayPal User Agreement. As a condition of Madrigal Coaching & Consulting, LLC, enabling payment processing services through Paypal, you agree to provide Madrigal Coaching & Consulting, LLC accurate and complete information about you and authorize Madrigal Coaching & Consulting, LLC to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by PayPal.

Refund Policy
Madrigal Coaching & Consulting LLC will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing services, returns for one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 30 day return period. If a client is dissatisfied with work completed, a refund can be requested within 30 days. Any and all material delivered to the client will be returned before a refund is processed. After 30 days, all sales are final.
If a client requests a refund, the money of the requested transaction is refunded back to the client. If the refund is for a recurring billing service, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. Refund requests for recurring billing must be received within the first 30-day window after the first payment. A refund on a recurring billing service will also result in a cancellation.

Delivery Policy
Services will be delivered on an as agreed upon basis. Digital products will be accessible within 48 hours of purchase.

Intellectual Property Policy

You may not under any circumstances, modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from distributing, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the www.madrigalcc.com content, in whole or in part without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, and immediately remove your account and/or access to www.madrigalcc.com, including any products or services offered through the site, without refund, if you are suspected of violating this intellectual property policy.
