Everyone Lead: Create positive, purposeful change through leadership.

MISSION
To co-create strategic and sustainable outcomes through leadership development.

I see the PhD from the University of North Carolina Greensboro as a tailored component of my educational journey. Combining my PhD with a Masters of Liberal Studies from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Indiana University has provided me with the leadership tools to foster those skills in others.  My role is to help others recognize the leader inside and commit to the call to action to lead.

I'm here to help you develop you and your team's leadership potential.  Whether it's in leadership coaching, team development, or strategic planning, we'll partner to set intentional leadership goals and plans to move you and your organization forward.

The journey for me is a focused one: to combine creativity, knowledge, and experience to deliver the best leadership development for

"partner-leaders" to provide the greatest impact.

Certified in a number of organizational development tools, I have led training and professional development for leadership and staff teams for one of the largest youth serving organizations in the country.

Over the years, I have traveled the nation and trained thousands of CEO's, executives, board of directors, and frontline staff in leadership development, strategy development and implementation and program design and facilitation.  I have also provided consulting on team development, the implementation and evaluation of curriculum, and leadership and performance coaching.

I am committed to sharing a good belly laugh, to developing enriching relationships, and refueling my spirit through learning, running and travel.

Kim Madrigal

I am Kim Madrigal PhD, your executive leadership coach, consultant, and partner in leadership and organizational development. My formal leadership training includes studies as a Woodruff fellow at Georgetown University, which led to a certification in leadership coaching.  In taking a four-year hiatus from Boys & Girls Clubs to teach humanities at Sandhills Community College, I also pursued and achieved a PhD in educational leadership and cultural studies.  This skillset, along with becoming a Flinn-Brown fellow better prepared me to diversify my service in leadership coaching and development

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

Coaching Client

I immediately felt comfortable and at ease discussing not only my professional aspirations but also the personal factors that intersect with those goals. Feeling a sense of trust and respect is important to me and that was established at the outset. I like your style of coaching: grounded, realistic, optimistic, and actionable.
