Meg is a versatile and results-driven Program Executive with over 20 years of experience in program design, motivational leadership, and capacity building, working with organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of America, local affiliates and other organizations working to support youth. She's a pro at aligning and prioritizing program goals to meet strategic objectives, driving organizational change, and empowering teams to deliver innovative programs.

 

Armed with a Master of Science in Social Work – Management of Human Services from the University of Michigan, Meg has a knack for leading high-performing, diverse teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. She's successfully directed national initiatives like the National School Partnership Strategy, sparking 1.2K new school partnerships, and scaled continuous quality improvement systems to 2.5K sites nationwide.

 

Recently, Meg launched SpyHop Consulting, her own youth development leadership consulting business. She’s all about helping organizations with equity-focused strategies for youth development. Passionate about leadership development, she empowers individuals and fosters collaborations to create impactful programs.

 

When she's not changing the world, Meg loves hitting the slopes for some snowboarding, hanging out with her dog Blueberry, diving into a good book, building epic Lego creations, and volunteering for SOS Outreach. She’s got a fun, energetic approach to her work, always aiming to make a positive impact and bring a bit of joy and creativity to everything she does.
